Both unlock exactly the same things. Yearly is $80 for a year of Pro. Lifetime is $119 once and never renews. There are no seat tiers or add-ons.

Use them in unlimited personal and commercial projects, including client work. You can’t resell or redistribute them as a component library or template pack. The license has the details.

A Model Context Protocol server your coding agent connects to. It can search Sundae, read a component’s docs and install its source into your project. Free components work without a token; Pro needs yours. Set it up.

Yes. Yearly Pro stays active until the end of the year you paid for, and nothing more is charged after you cancel. Components you installed while you had Pro remain licensed for the projects you used them in.
