Terms of service.
These terms cover your use of sundaeui.dev, your account, and Sundae Pro. We’ve tried to write them so they can be read in one sitting.
By using Sundae UI (“Sundae”, “we”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Accounts
You can browse, preview and copy free assets without an account. An account, created with email and password or with Google, is required for collections and Sundae Pro. Keep your credentials and API tokens secret: you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account by emailing hello@sundaeui.dev.
Sundae Pro
Sundae Pro is available as Yearly (a subscription of USD $80 per year that renews automatically until you cancel) or Lifetime (a one-time payment of USD $119 for access with no end date, for as long as Sundae UI operates). While you have Pro you can access premium source code, install it through our CLI-compatible registry, MCP server and API, and receive premium assets released during that time.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider, HandyPay. We don’t receive or store your full card details. Pro is activated only after we have confirmed the payment with HandyPay. A Yearly payment gives you 12 months of Pro. Where Yearly is offered as an automatically renewing subscription, the checkout says so, you can cancel renewal at any time from your account, and you keep Pro until the end of the year you paid for. Prices may change for future periods; if they do, we will tell you beforehand. A Lifetime payment is never charged again. A refunded or charged-back payment ends the access it paid for.
Refunds & cancellation
You can cancel Yearly renewal at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep Pro access until then. Refund requests can be sent to hello@sundaeui.dev; we review each request individually. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Licensing
How you may use assets is governed by the Sundae License, which forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use
- Don’t share, resell or publish premium source code, or your API tokens, outside the license.
- Don’t scrape or bulk-download premium content, or try to get around access controls.
- Don’t use the service to break the law or to harm others.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Intellectual property
Sundae, its brand, website and assets are owned by Sundae UI. The license grants you rights to use assets; it doesn’t transfer ownership. Work you build with assets remains yours.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email before they take effect.
Disclaimers
Assets are provided “as is”. We work hard on quality, but you are responsible for testing assets in your own product, including for accessibility and security, before relying on them. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
